Meet Our Providers
Founder, MSN, ACNP-BC, RN
David is originally from middle Georgia, where he started his medical career as an Emergency Medical Technician in the Atlanta area. He and his wife, Jennifer moved to Gallatin in 2006 with their boys, in order for him to attend Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. There he obtained both his bachelor’s equivalency and master’s degree in nursing, specializing in acute care. He worked at Vanderbilt Medical Center as a critical care RN, while completing his master’s degree.
After graduating in 2009, he worked as a nurse practitioner in multiple emergency departments, as well as in the urgent care setting, in the Nashville area. David is passionate about his community and helping others to live their best and healthiest lives. He is excited about the use of IV Ketamine in helping people cope with their anxiety, treatment resistant depression, PTSD and other mental health conditions.
Founder, MSN, ACNP-BC, RN
Darwin grew up in Central Oregon and originally attended Oregon State University. He obtained a Bachelor Of Science degree in general agriculture and began a career fighting forest fires where he developed an interest in the emergency care environment. At that time Darwin began his journey toward becoming an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by moving to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.
After completing his Bachelor’s equivalent in nursing he began working at the Vanderbilt University Medical as a Burn intensive care RN. Darwin completed his Master of Science in Nursing in 2009 and then transitioned into emergency medicine working at multiple emergency rooms in Tennessee, eventually shifted into urgent care medicine.
Throughout his many years in the emergency and urgent care environments Darwin has seen a need for alternative treatment of mental illness and has a passion to help people regain their ability to live their best life. He feels Ketamine infusion for treatment of treatment resistant depression, post traumatic stress disorder, other mental health conditions and chronic pain is a great option for some of those who suffer from those afflictions daily.
